Katie Leonguerrero, her son Anthony, 19 months, instructor Shannon Updegraff, Serena Dougherty, 17 months, and her baby sitter, Anna Driscoll, end a Rompn'Roll class singing 'Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes'.
Updegraff opened Romp'nRoll in Harrisburg about a month ago. The Virginia based franchise offers gym, music and art classes to children 3 months to 6 years old.
