Suspect fatally shot near uptown

3:19 p.m. | Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police apparently shot and killed a man north of uptown just after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Officers responded to a call for service on Sylvania Drive, just off North Graham Street, at 1:07 p.m., police said.
