There's a new way to submit events and calendar listings to the Charlotte Observer.

•  After you read these instructions, go to our events upload form.

(You need to be logged into Charlotte.com to enter an event.)

•  Search for your event to ensure it's not in the database already.

•  Fill in the form.

Your event should appear on charlotte.com a day later.

Submit your event two weeks in advance, and we'll consider it for the print version of the Observer.

Your event listing:

•  Must include a phone number.

•  Cannot be typed in all-capital letters.

•  Must be concise (less than 100 words).

•  Must include time, date and location details in the specified fields. Do not include that information in the fields labeled Summary and More Event Details.
