  • Sip of the Week

2005 Hardy's Nottage Hill Merlot, Southeastern Australia, $7.99. Shiraz isn't the only grape that shines in Australia. Merlot is another one the Aussies do very well. This one is easy to drink, with a minty aroma. It has softness while still being rich enough to pair with a wide variety of foods.
