This is the season of Andy Warhol in Charlotte.

Jane Seymour constantly reinvents herself: She acts, she dances, she writes, and she has her own line of products ranging from skin care to jewelry and furniture. But it's her role as accomplished artist that will bring her to Charlotte's Wentworth Gallery at SouthPark mall for two receptions in honor of an exhibit of her works.

‘El Greco to Velázquez,” the first blockbuster exhibit at the three-year-old Nasher Museum of Art, is a bold departure from its mission of showing contemporary works. The show spotlights paintings by two of the Spanish Renaissance's greatest artists, whose influence has been felt through the 20th century.
